Quality Assurance

Quality management plays an important role not only in the stage of product development. I am happy to advise you in the following tasks:

• I lead quality conversations with your suppliers, if necessary on-site, and act as contact person for your collection concerning all clothing technical questions.

• I take over the intermediate and final inspections of your deliveries according to your specifications or according to AQL-guidelines (sampling procedure).

• Furthermore, I review and standardise your existing dimension tables.

• In close consultation with you, I develop processing and failure catalogues.

• In addition, I support you professionally and reliably in fields such as the handling of complaints and the analysis of returned products and determine together with you necessary measures to avoid complaints or decrease returns.
