Sustainable tracing of the collection from prototype to production is a critical quality factor. However, many companies are not able to render this process due to time pressure which comes with the seasonal business. I am happy to reinforce your team according to your needs and support you flexibly and promptly in the following tasks:

• I contribute my expertise to the creation of your collection, mainly in the field of woven fabrics and knitwear for ladies and men’s outerwear. Upon request, I will accompany your collection to the production release and supervise the production on the supplier’s premises.

• Detailed prototype documents are the centrepiece of any production. In due time, I develop and prepare customer-oriented dimension tables together with corresponding model sketches for manufacturing.

• When carrying out prototype and size set tests I also relieve you competently. Test criteria are generally dimensional accuracy, fit and processing. Writing test reports for suppliers regarding necessary changes and improvements will be carried out in German and English. If required, I can realise resulting pattern modifications.

• I check the correct fit with SizeGERMANY busts which have been developed according to the latest findings of the German serial measurement “Projekt SizeGERMANY”.
